About Me
After graduating from the University of Plymouth with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, I worked within the NHS for several years before specialising in musculoskeletal conditions. I am registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and Health Care Professions Council. I use a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Following an assessment, my treatment programmes are tailored around your needs and goals. This may be reducing pain, increasing range of movement, easing muscle tension or providing appropriate exercises.
I also hold specialist qualifications in Pilates (APPI) acupuncture (BMAS) and Sports Massage (Fd degree Sports Science)
